Reflection: What this quote means to me is if you say something nice to a person it makes them happy but when you treat the word like a an echo it can last a long time. Always be kind to everyone and will be treated like that in return.

Occupational Therapist

Duties and responsibilities:

Occupational Therapist helps patients who are mentally, emotionally, or physically disabled. They help them adjust to handicaps and regain abilities to preform daily tasks used in everyday life. They help the disabled; they work with a team of physicians, councilors, and physical therapist.

                                            

          Average Salary:  $26,000 - $45,000

Educational Requirements:  Students who want to become this, should take the most challenging high school courses including math, science, and English. All states require either a bachelor’s or master’s
 degree.

              Goals!

In my one-hundred goals the progress I'm making is good because I am going to church more. That was one of my goals because I feel I stress a lot and need to relieve myself with beliefs. Maybe that would help me spiritually. Also, I'm bonding more with my dad because I told him how we should go out more and spend time together and he agreed with what I told him. So my goals are going good so far.

Reflection:  One of my goals is to create a better bond with my father. A way i can accomplish that better is communicate how i feel about the amount of time we spend together, i would like to go out more with my dad weather its shopping, going to the park, or even at home. I know that if i hesitate and just imagine it, it wont happen as soon as i want it to. The quote to me means if you want something done for your future you should act on it weather than waiting to create it. Make your dream a reality. So when you have something you want to do like graduate from high school, you can accomplish that all you have to do is all your work and try not to wait till the last minute. 

Nursing Home Administrator

Duties and responsibilities:

Nursing Home Administrators plan and direct operations of nursing homes and long-term care facilities. Some nurses can work in nursing homes where they teach and research.  They also work in private practicing.

Average salary: $40,000-$55,000

Educational Requirements: Students should take the most challenging high school courses in business, science, math, and English. Most nurse administrators need a bachelor’s degree, and need to join programs which are for internship and pass a comprehensive examination.

I would like to learn more and own one because i think it would be a good way to help myself get rid of stress and such things. I would like to own one but not be an expert.

For my goals in doing good when it comes to getting a good GPA, i have a long way to go but at this rate I'm doing good. Another goal way to ride scary roller coasters and i went to Knotts Berry Farm and rode on all the rides know matter how scared i was.

Reflection: This statement means when you think of doing the right thing, but you don't physically do it, your just thinking about the action. But, what good does that do? When you do an action without thinking, you can do the wrong thing and hurt them. Before you do something you must think about it and be sure its the right thing.

Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Duties and Responsibilities:

          Nuclear Medicine Technologist prepares radioactive substances to detect and treat diseases. They position the equipment over patients to make images. This helps identify the illness they may have. Their work stations are in hospital departments, clinics, or laboratories.

Average Salary:  $28,000 - $42,000

Educational Requirements:

                    Students should take the most challenging science, math, and English which you can take in high school. They also have training programs can be taken up to 4 years maximum and 1 year minimum.

I would not want to be this because I would like talking to people more and communicate more.

               Glenn Cunningham (Athlete)

              Glenn Cunningham was born in Atlanta, Kansas, he was an athlete who had an accident in his school house, and His brother was named Floyd. He died in the accident. The reason the accident happened was because someone put gasoline instead of kerosene which was in the can at his school. His legs were badly burned, lost the flesh on his knees, and the toes on his left foot. The doctors had told him he may not be able to walk normally again. This was a miracle because he didn’t give up. He took therapy and started gaining his walking again, this helped him eventually learn how to walk again. After that he began to run. He began to enter in the Olympics he won metals and gave inspiration to others who struggle.

Reflection: This quote means when we should never give up, we should do our goals and try to be a better person. try to break others records in a friendly way.

Monitor Surveillance Technician

Duties and responsibilities:

         

            Monitor surveillance technicians observe the electrical activity of heartbeats which is graphically displayed on a series of monitors in cardiac care in most units in a hospital. They:

• ·         Operate monitoring computers that simultaneously display multiple patient results.
• ·         Identify heart pattern changes and abnormalities
• ·         Clean and maintain equipment, battery packs, and wiring systems.

Average Salary:  $26,000 - $41,000

Educational Requirements:

            They should take courses in Math, Science, and computer technology courses in high school. They should also have training in programs in which they can take at colleges, or hospitals.

Reflection: We shouldn't try to be better then others, but we should give help and receive it back. when we set a goal that goal is for you to fulfill, you should do it for yourself not to show off your accomplishment. instead be proud of what you did, congratulate others.

Duties and responsibilities:

Health Science Librarian s collect and organized medical information to be able to help  practitioners find information they need for patient care, education, research, and administration. Library technicians help librarians in organizing collections, shelve books, answer patrons' questions, and perform administrative duties.

Average Salary:

 $20,000 - $30,000 (Library Technicians) 

$35,000 - $55,000 (Librarians)

Educational Requirements:

Students should take challenging high school courses in information management, science, math, and English. Health Science Library technicians training varies by employer.

I would not like to be this because I would prefer to do something with more communication to others.
